Everything with the service experience was excellent, however, I bought a set of tires from you at my last visit. The price was more than I would have paid elsewhere, but for convenience I got them from you. I assumed, like most places, that I would get free tire rotation, but I did not. I do not think that is good policy. I will not buy tires from you again.
