Gotta be honest. Wagner does a great job with service but it’s annoying to get homework after having to take my car in for a recall. I did not want to have to take the car in, but of course we did, it checked out fine, everyone was nice and friendly and then I was woken up from a nap by this unsolicited text asking me to fill out some unwanted forms. It’s a stupid retail trend. It was fine, I don’t want homework after taking my car in.
