Ricki is the best. She is a joy to work with every time I come in, no matter how bad the news is. I hope the powers that be know what a gift this human is to the company she works for and to the people she helps.

The technician came to my home at the suggestion of Subaru of America following my expressed concern about staff at Subaru declining to wear masks despite the critical position our hospitals were facing in January at the times of my visits. Brian had called and requested I move my car to the driveway and place my keys in the car for the technician who was in route. I was uncomfortable but complied as I could watch my car from the doorway. The technician arrived and never spoke with me. I assumed we would talk prior to his departure but he left without ensuring the update was successful or telling me. My key was left in my unlocked car that I was no longer watching. Brian called to tell me the technician had previously left. I was unsuccessful pairing my phone and called to ask why the technician left prior to ensuring the update was successful. I shared concerns with the many visits I’ve had to repair a new car. Brian shared his belief the problem was likely with my phone.
