Well, it was extraordinary in the negative sense in that my glove box was left disassembled and had to be reassembled out in the parking lot. No big deal.
I appreciate that Wagner's service is expert and thorough, but one hour for an oil change and tire rotation seems a bit long.

The icing on the cake was when he turned on my heated seat. Very nice touch for such a cold day! I tend to forget I have that feature so it was a nice surprise heading up 675. :)
