For the past five (5) years, all of the maintenance, repairs and service have been done by the service team at Wagner Subaru. Brian Rose has been very thorough in explaining each service or repair needed and the cost. Furthermore, he has been extremely patient and kind to answer all of my questions. His knowledge and understanding of cars and engines is remarkable, however, I am amazed at his ability to explain complicated repairs in simple terminology that I can understand! Over the years I have come to think of Brian Rose more as a friend than anything.
Coming into Wagner Subaru for service is more like going to see a friend while the car is getting repaired. Brian Rose is indeed a tremendous asset to Wagner Subaru and deserves the highest honor and accolades!
