Hi Wagner, I love you guys and have been a customer for a long time. I listen to the sales and service conversations your employees have when I wait for my vehicle to be serviced and I'm always impressed. The last couple of times I've overheard Brandon with customers on the phone and in person and his tone and tact is outstanding. (I work in the HR field so I can't help pay attention.) Ken was curteous yesterday but I left less happy than usual. I had all my tires changed last week, and the very next day started hearing a scraping sound from the rear wheels. I immediately thought it had something to do with the tire change, but I didn't have time to come back immediately. When I brought it in yesterday it turned out the break pads on the rear were worn down to less than 1mm. I said I was surprised that didn't come up in my visit last week and Ken said they didn't do measurements last week. It's possible that it's normal procedure to not check other aspects of the wheels when putting on new tires, which is the message I took, but it was an inconvenience and had me leave a little less happy than I usual do.

Everything went great except when he took me out to show me the loaner car, another customer was in his car and that gentlemen rolled down the passenger window and started talking to Brian. It would if. E ok, except it was 20 degrees outside and I g go as to stand in the cold waiting for Brian to finish his conversation before he took me to the loaner car.. granted it was only about 2-3 minutes but I hadn’t put my hood on or zipped up my coat and put my gloves on because I believed I was going straight to the loaner car. This is my only complaint. He should of gave me the key and pointed out the car and let me get into the car instead of leaving me hanging while he dealt with another customer…

The service was perfectly fine, as expected - there is no need to contact me. The question asked if the experience was "extraordinary," a bit of a ridiculous superlative when it comes to regular maintenance on my car. I'm happy with the service I received from Ricki, the Wagner dealership, and Subaru in general.

The service for the car was great. However... after being a Wagner customer for over THIRTY years, I don't like being asked if I've been there before by the newbie at the check in stand.
