I came in for an express oil change with my son as he fell asleep in the back of the car. The attendant was super helpful and considerate of him being asleep in my arms and as I waited outside to have the service performed he found me to ask questions as well as to let me know if my car was finished and help me finish all paperwork while holding a two-year-old. Also informed me my tire tread was low but did not push me to buy tires or get an alignment and let me know we would last the winter and I should wait till spring. Much appreciated for his consideration of my sleeping child as well as not trying to push a sale.

I had a 10 am appt and called at approx 2 pm and was told the tech had recently just started on the repair. I was told the repair was relatively quick and easy. If I had waited would it still have taken over 4 hrs or were others put ahead of me because I left the vehicle?
