I miss the graphic checklist and tire scans that I used to receive showing the tire tread, air pressure, etc. They answered a lot of questions and served as a sort of report card for the car. I also had to call back to inquire about the warranty on my new battery. I think the service department just gets a little overwhelmed at times with unscheduled express service. When that happens, communication with the customer breaks down a bit. The service itself was still great though so I’ll be back.

I was charged too much for one tire stem on 1 of 4 tires that I had just purchased from Wagner lest June. Then I was given a $3000 repair estimate to repair a brand new oil leak! You are losing a customer!
