I wish the clerk had marked paid on my copy of invoice since I paid wit cash. I apologize for not telling "Check-In Agent" that I had my tires rotated at Firestone where we bought the tires. This caused your service experts to rotate and to re-rotate. So the clerk made a note in my file that Never to Rotate my tires! I consider Fairborn OH Subaru my Family that I Trust Like Family!

The technician did not perform my tire balance and rotation as part of my 60k mile service. The dealership was good about offering it for free the next time I come in but it makes me question the entire 60k service.

Superior customer service as always! Every time I've taken my Subaru elsewhere I've regretted it and ended up back at Wagner. Always treated like part of the Subaru Family, regardless of where I got my Subaru.

Lots of confusion by Wagner service department on what services were to be performed. Multiple calls were needed to get only part of the work completed. Window regulator was not repaired as asked. This part was identified as faulty during a previous service visit. If the window fails again, I expect Wagner to keep this part in stock and labor to be waived.
