I wish the clerk had marked paid on my copy of invoice since I paid wit cash.
I apologize for not telling "Check-In Agent" that I had my tires rotated at Firestone where we bought the tires. This caused your service experts to rotate and to re-rotate.
So the clerk made a note in my file that Never to Rotate my tires!
I consider Fairborn OH Subaru my Family that I Trust Like Family!

Lots of confusion by Wagner service department on what services were to be performed. Multiple calls were needed to get only part of the work completed. Window regulator was not repaired as asked. This part was identified as faulty during a previous service visit. If the window fails again, I expect Wagner to keep this part in stock and labor to be waived.
