Brandon is absolutely the best service manager I have worked with. Several years ago I took my car to Wagner Subaru when it was in town. The service people were so rude and unhelpful that I started driving one hour away to Subaru of Dayton where I got great service. Last year I just happened to need something done right away and Wagner at their new location got me in. Boy was I surprised! The change was amazing! Brandon and others I work with now at Wagner are even better than the ones in Dayton. They go out of their way to accommodate and solve the problems at a reasonable cost. Kudos to the staff in the service department you are top notch. I tell everybody. Your service went from a 0 to a ten plus ! Way to bring in quality people!! And get rid of bad.
