I understand the idea of giving a loaner with an empty tank of gas to try to ensure the customer returns it properly replenished. But it is an inconvenience to have to immediately go get gas and then estimate what fuel I may end up using and inevitably use less than I payed for.
If you give a customer a full tank of gas and have them sign a form saying that if it is not full on return, they will have to pay the difference, It is overall more convenient for the customer. It also ensures that the customer does not have to pay for more gas than they use unless they decide of their own accord to return the loaner without topping it off.
In the end I believe this is a better form of customer service and leaves it up to the customer to decide whether they want to pay $3.00/gallon to replenish themselves before returning it, or pay the $5.00/gallon dealer imposed fee if they choose not to.

No complaints about Ricki. She was very friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. Same for all the personnel that I interacted with. My only complaint with this location is that I can never figure out where to park and then where to walk in. It seems like the garage is labeled for express service only? Or maybe I’m supposed to park there. And then there are two desks off the garage but sometimes those people are busy, I’m not sure if I’m supposed to go over to the other service desks near the waiting area in that case? I’ve been here 3 times and each time I’m unsure and just stand around until someone offers to help me.
