First, unfortunately Brandon had to deal with my son. If I had known that my son was going to be difficult, I would not have had him bring my car in for service. My husband and I were in Hilton Head on vacation, our son was going to use our car for a few days while his truck was being serviced. Brandon did his professional best to deal with a difficult situation. My husband and I have never had an issue with the service and work completed by Wagner Subaru and we will continue to do business with Wagner. Brandon was the best.
