All previous experiences, I looked forward to the car being washed and vacuumed, this time it was neither. Just disappointing.

The car had no problems when submitted for service; it was merely getting its 25k maintenance. Since getting it back, it has had a slow but persistent oil leak. When I called to ask that this be looked at, the earliest appointment that I could get was more than a week later.
