Still having transmission getting stuck with cruise in last gear shift at about 3300. RPM. Will not go into next gear without pressing gas. Have video of issue.

The service technicians I spoke with over the phone had different ideas of the requirements for additional drivers on the “loaner” paperwork (that is, do you just need their name, name and NCDL, etc.). I also never received a call back to clarify those requirements. It also took almost 2 months to get the vehicle back! I understand that a lot of that time was waiting for parts from KIA HQ but still… I AM happy that I didn’t have to “haggle” to get the initial diagnostic fee waived. And so far, the vehicle appears to be in great working order!

Ariel was super helpful and the communication was excellent, I asked to check the air pressure sensors and allegedly they did it but the air pressure dashboard indicator it's on again, it's not the pressure on the tires like they said, it's one of the sensors but I will go to another agency to take care of it. I been there four times asking for the same service and every time they said to me that putting more air solve the problem, four visits later my light is still on. Today when I received my vehicle report my car was already outside when I selected the extra service I wanted the waiting time was longer becausemy car outside ready to go, I hope you can change that. Thanks for your help.

The price they quoted and I authorized was not the price that they charged. After I picked up my car and paying over $750 for service it died four times within 10 miles I took it back and they said it was an oversight on their part. The technician did not complete the final process which was necessary for it to operate properly. If the technician forgot to do this what else did he forget while working on my car?

I was quoted one price and when I got there it was inflated by about $50. I left your business in tears with nothing done to my car. I had to call multiple (8) times to come get it after you charged me almost $200 to do nothing and wanted me to pay almost $300 dollars more to do the first step. I took it to a locally owned place while still crying tears of frustration and was given the option to do the same thing you guys wanted to charge me a total of about $500 for for $110. I called other Kia dealerships and asked about this and was told you overcharged me. One of your representatives didn’t even acknowledge that I spoke to him. This was hands down the worst experience that I’ve ever had as a customer and I won’t be back. My parents are furious and are considering legal action because you called the $140 a diagnostic charge and charged almost $200 and didn’t diagnose anything. There’s a charge for $30 on here that just says “misc. charge” with no explanation as to what miscellaneous item was necessary. I told Ariel that the Freon was checked and that wasn’t the issue, she said she would speak to the mechanic and call back, never did. When I finally reached your service department a couple hours later, she said she was on lunch. You literally charged me $200 to hold my car hostage and not answer the phone then have the nerve to send me survey about your customer service. If my car broke down in front of the building, I wouldn’t even ask your employees for help. That is how terrible this visit was. AND I waited two weeks for this appointment. I purchased this car from a Kia Dealership, I always get it serviced at a Kia dealership, I (and other Kia dealerships my family has spoken with today) can not believe how sorry and terrible this was.
