Battery tie down bracket was not reinstalled properly ended up coming loose and losing a bolt . Richard was not knowledgeable about Hondas 100 month limited warranty on batteries or even how to do a prorated warranty. Have had to take time out of my day to go back to dealership more than twice to have rework on work that should've been done correctly the first time. The previous week was for a tire replacement and somehow the put on the wrong tire not sure how you don't notice that. Had to wait for it to be order because none in stock. Last year I did a timing chain service with Maria Miranda and again had to return following day because vehicle smelled like hot coolant and there was no coolant in reservoir tank. Recently I called about a quote for windshield, parts gave me price of glass and said I had to get labor cost from service, service said they would call me back nobody ever contacted me that was about 3 weeks ago.
