My appointment was at 7am. When I dropped my car off I said that I definitely need it back by 5pm but earlier is better. At 3pm I still had not heard anything regarding my car so I texted requesting an update. At 4:30 I called for an update, the technician was busy and would call me back in 5 mins. At 5pm I called back because I hadn’t heard anything and received the same response. I did not receive a call back until 5:55pm regarding my car. There was no apology or explanation as to why it was late or why it took so long. I was not able to even pick up my car the next day and instead had to wait until the next morning to get my car. While there were a few extra services that were recommended, I couldn’t trust leaving my car there again not knowing how long it would take and not having a car myself to go about my day.
