Pierre ****exemplified the excellent service I have come to expect from Easy Honda. My ACCORD is 16 years old, performs like it did when I drove it out of the dealership. I attribute much of this durability and performance to the regular servicing of my 2009 Honda.

The mechanic LIED about the work that was done. I specifically requested the Coolant be filled and that DID NOT HAPPEN.Now it's taking LONGER for my engine to cool down. Especially during this cold weather. Because this was NOT completed as I requested and pay for this puts my vehicle at GREATER risk for more work to be done in the future! No wonder people don't trust the work that is being done in these shops. I PAY for this service EVERY month only to come a every few months for an oil change (if that was even done) only for my Coolant levels to be lower than what they already are.
