Almost everything about the experience was great, but I was a bit disappointed at the very end. I had to speak with—I believe—the service manager, and he got upset and eventually became rude. No matter how people treat me, I always make an effort to treat others with respect, so this interaction was disheartening.
Additionally, I needed to check on a part, and while the parts department employee wasn’t rude, I didn’t feel like my business was taken seriously. He seemed busy with other tasks before attending to my price request.
That said, the service from Richard Rodriguez was outstanding. I truly appreciate all that he did for me and my daughter’s car.

Timeframe for repairs kept changing but did not get updates. Had to call to find out about delays. Credit card surcharge was not told to us in advance, so price we verified twice with the service rep was not honored. We will not be coming back. Also stop contacting us trying to sell us a car.

Better communication could have been had, I wasn’t given a response when I asked via text if the car was ready for pickup. I called a few hours later to confirm and was told that it was. When I came to pick up the car, what I requested per the service was not completed so I had to wait another half hour. Happy that the job was completed, but again, better communication should have been possible

Arrived at 815a for scheduled appt for oil and filter change. Also had transmission flush, cabin filter and air filter changed. I received the inspection report thru a text but never got an update from Erik. I was told would take around 2 hours. By 1230 still no word or updated.
So tried to contact service rep. He was not available so rep on phone said would look into it. Erik finally phoned after 1p. I should not have to wait 5 hours for this type of service, should be around 2 max. Most upset not getting any updates . This is not acceptable. I was given a 15% discount due to that but that is not even enough as far as Iam concerned. It is not necessarily the money it is just the poor service and lack of showing any real concern for the matter. Just making excuses. Rep had to leave for dentist appointment but seems no one followed up as supposedly the were suppose to and lack of help. 5 hours of
waiting and sitting in service dept is just totally unacceptable.

Richard did an excellent job so I have no complaints with respect to him. However I there must have been some lack of communication from the team that inspected my car. My washer fluid is completely empty yet they did not fill it or ask if I wanted it filled. Hopefully the rest of the various fluid levels are acceptable…

I really appreciate Erik’s no nonsense attitude. It makes it easy to trust him. He got my car taken care of efficiently, by far he is always the most reliable to keep the wait time reasonable while keeping the techs work. I also really appreciate that he listened to my concerns about my tires and had them checked again.
