Motor mount replaced. Trouble getting it done so took a day extra But power steering flush was also to be done. It was brought in with a power steering fluid level 1/4 inch below the lowest mark and was returned with that exact lower level that still remains below normal level, not brought up to a medium fill point. The dust in the power steering fluid cap was untouched. Done? Or did the excessive time on the motor mount preclude being able to get to the power steering flush?

I brought my vehicle in for service on 12/5/2024 and everything was fine on my drive home. Well to my surprise when I got on the highway, I drove for about 15 miles and started hearing a loud scrapping noise. I immediately pulled over out of fear and looked under the car. And to my surprise the undercarriage cover is dragging on the ground. And when I brought my vehicle in, I didn’t have anything dragging the ground. And the fact that Honda failed to properly attach it after my oil change is very concerning as that affected my safety as well as cause me to cancel my trip because I’m afraid to drive 6 hours to my destination

There are many merchant services that do not have a surcharge. If anything if your bill exceeds $5,000 you should be able to use a credit card with no fees. It’s not my service advisor’s fault but I have a feeling you will lose business to this surcharge
