My car won’t start, naturally I assume it’s the battery so I pull it out and go to Honda since I bought it in April this year. Arrive ask for it to be tested, they say they need the VIN and mileage of my Honda, I explicitly tell the guy I’m going to get the information and come back. I do just that for the second time, am told they need the car here with the battery…..go and do that, so I’m here a third time. Mind you none of this makes sense to me because my car won’t start, I had to jump it. They ask me to turn the car off to test the battery, I explain it won’t start without a jump. NP they have a self jumper. Test the battery, it’s dead. Now jumper won’t turn on my car and I’m stuck blocking 1 of 2 service lanes, good news is my battery will be replaced under warranty (after 3 trips from home and back). The guy says it will be 2.5hrs for service…ridiculous. So my car is gonna sit dead here in the service lane? No he says they will jump it. I ask what’s the difference if I swap the battery at the service counter and install myself? Bet he says, so he steers my car, we put it into neutral while I push it like 50 yards away. He comes back with my battery and I swap it out myself. This was all to say that I tried to bring my battery by itself and tried to save myself and multiple Honda employees their time and effort in the first place! I understand you have your process of doing things but this was absolutely a waste of time on both our ends, please rewrite your policy on this matter. No complaint about Keito at all he went above and beyond and got me out of there short of 3 trips saving my a 2.5hr service to swap out my battery

I have a disability that affects my voice so I handed the man who came out to greet me the recall notice that had my name, VIN, appt date and time. He was incredibly rude including shutting the contact's door in my face. And then I overheard him in the next office bragging to his co workers that he 'gave it back to her' because I handed him the notice without speaking.
