Had an appointment, but waited for a long time to check in. There were a lot of service advisors, but nobody came over to get us checked in quickly. Actual service delivery was fine. Whole service experience just “bland”. Service under old ownership was great. It just does not seem as good with new ownership.

I called regarding my car pickup, left a message on the machine of Erik Baatz , and never got a call back, I mean it’s about to be the next day and I still haven’t received a call back from the dealership even tho I did finally end up just going there and picking it up, but it would have been nice to receive a call back, whats the point of an answering machine if there not going to use it.

I feel like initially Luis was very kind. But the “initial diagnostic fee that goes toward your repair” is extremely misleading. I was told when I first called and repeated by Luis. But when I got my invoice the diagnostic was still charged and was told it would only be reduced when the second repair was complete bc the part wasn’t in stock. But i already had my thermostat repair and didn’t see anything applied to that. Not sure if this is Luis fault or Honda’s way to trap you. It made me feel like i need to come in with an experienced person to know I’m not being taken advantage of. I went into a Honda dealership to make sure i was getting a good deal but it seems like i was not.

We couldn't afford doing it all so Erik shared with us what he recommended we take care of first. We really appreciated his promptness and great customer service.
