Outstanding support from Andreas however I was totally disappointed after discovering that the today repair was not covered by my current extended warranty policy purchased from you! Where it was explained to me that all mechanical and electrical repairs should be covered but it seems someone was hiding details from me. I hope my car did not fall apart or I will be in need of any repairs soon :( btw , what is the lifetime of the engine drive tensioner especially my car has only ~ 50k miles
