We just wanted to have the car tire patched and check the water pump but the crew ended up checking all other parts that we intended not to be checked at that time due to time constraint. The process took so long of a wait. My husband and my father ended up not having lunch and picking the kids late. Recommendation for better service in the future and to be respectful of the customer’s time is to address what the customer only needs at the time of visit and just recommend if they need to have their vehicle be checked further that they may make another schedule visit.

Without doubt the worst service experience we have ever experienced with Honda. We have bought Honda Accords for 21 years; partially because of the reliability of Honda Accords and partially because of the service we receive for years after buying the car. Even when mistakes were made during a service appointment, by the time we left the dealership we were still extremely satisfied with the handling of the experience. That did not happen on this last visit. There was a breakdown in communication from the beginning to the end (too detailed to list here). Plus, the lack of consideration for the health of your customers from all of your customer-facing employees. Not one person wore a mask. We have bought Accords at this specific location when it was under the names of Goodson, Spring Branch and Gillman. Not sure why there is such a significant difference under this latest name of Easy.

The car was perfect, just needed an oil change. They told me that the transmission had to be flushed (I am not sure if that’s the right word), I wanted the oil changed and the car ready for a trip to Austin. Arriving to Austin the car almost stopped and the words “check transmission” appeared, it got stuck in D4 and now I can’t use it here, neither come back to Houston!!! I need a solution!!!
