I am satisfied that you cleaned the motor and put oil in my car again at no charge
and the gentleman who helped me was very nice . What I’m not happy is what happened about 3 months ago that you left the oil cap sitting on the engine and I have been driving like that until my son opened the hood to find out why had I ran out of oil. But I guess people sometimes make mistakes , glad it didn’t damage my car.
