Went out of his way to install the cargo cover for me. He didn’t have to, but he did, without having to be asked. Great customer service! I have to take the car back tomorrow because while I was driving home after the car appointment, the Tire Pressure Warning light came up on the dash; that was a surprise since the tires has just been checked and rotated. I talked to Makayla Howard after I got home and she said it would be no problem for me to bring it back in the morning for adjustment and recalibration.

Initial concern was that AC was not cooling consistently and making a sound that was also not consistent. Both the lack of consistent cooling and the sound were related with the AC. After the vehicle “diagnostic” test, it appeared as if the sound was related with an issue with the front drive axles. That was concerning, and I truly thought maybe that was the issue. The repairs were completed including the AC and front drive axles replacements. When the car was ready I started the car (while still in the service department parking area), and the very first thing I hear is the same exact sound that had before. I went and notified Keith Julian. Perhaps is lack of experience, but the reaction was not what I was expecting (a smile like he was not sure on how to proceed). I indicated that each time that I bring the car something else is identified and I felt like it was just an excuse to charge for something else whether that was an issue or not. The next few days I operated the car, and it continued making the same sound (comes and goes) and the AC still does not work consistently (comes and goes). It is very frustrating. Since I was offered to take the car to the dealership, I started to drive to the dealership today. The car started with the sound and AC not working. Less than a mile from my house, the sound went out and the AC worked (hint: sound related to AC). I drove all the way to dealership and it was still working. Hence, I went back because there was nothing to show the shop foreman (at least not today). I also thought that of course nothing would be found, and of course another test was needed and of course another “issue” will be identified. I really don’t think that there was a real interesar in identifying the source of the issue. It has happened before and I have never complained, but enough is enough. Equally disappointing the answer provided regarding the discrepancy on the brake pads readings. No replacement done in August 2024, and they are better 3 months later. Using a tool that can be interpreted different does not give me any confidence. Who knows what else is interpreted depending on who is performing the inspection and/or test. In general the trust is fully gone.
