If you make an appointment the service should be completed in less than an hour. Other than that it was all good.

My appt was for 10:00.I finally left at 12:30. What is the point of making an appt time if I’m just going to wait in line behind everyone who was there ahead of me?! Everyone in the waiting rm who was there when I entered (and more) left before me. Maria and the staff were all very nice. I complained to Maria around 11:15. Next time I’ll just arrive at the service center at 7am so I can b first and make the appt clients wait behind me.
