The car repair took over one full day. Notified towards closing hour, to late for us to pick up. Waited without any updates for hours, even after being told otherwise. Specifically requested to check your pressure. After minutes of driving off the lot, early the following morning, and asking our rep if they had checked the tires, the gauge came on. Called immediately and was promised I was to receive a call immediately. I had to call back, at 5:40pm because I had heard nothing. This is not mentioning having to return to dealer because my discount was miscalculated and undercharged. I have bought and brought this car from here. It had been usually the best customer service, and trust honest car service. I will have to bring my car back tomorrow for a 3rd day invested in a simple car maintenance. I hope this is a fluke. Thank you.

Dissatisfaction comes from the fact that nothing was found wrong yet the noise remains. I asked that all belts be checked in any case because the car will be driven on the highways with passengers the next couple of days. Report was it’s operating as it should. As soon as my schedule allows, I’ll follow the suggestion of drop off the day prior to inspect on cold starts the following day.
I was not dissatisfied with the time and attention given the vehicle; merely frustrated with the circumstance of no duplication of concern. Roland did a great work under the circumstances. Thanks!
