Took too long to complete service over one day and the next and expensive.much more than experienced prior services and disappointed to note that there is no accumulated points to build on as a reward. This does not symbolizes your new dealership name as Easy Honda?!! How ever these comments in no way reflect the exceptional service of Eric Baatz who always goes 100 per cent to accommodate and satisfy his customers like myself. In my opinion he is a 5 star credit with honesty to the dealership. Ps,waiting as long as I did very disappointed to see any evidence of reading materials especially newspapers such as Wall Street journal or USA Today and such like. Uber rides are great.

I made an appointment for state inspection for my crv for 4:00. I arrived a few minutes earlier and only was told that someone would be with me shortly. At this time it was not busy, only another car and I were waiting. Well, twenty to thirty minutes later no one had approach me. I finally got out of my crv and started passing back and forth. That’s when Andres Charry approached me and took care of my request. (He also calmed me down). More employees need to be like Andres caring and willing to help.

Me rompieron el cristal delantero de mi carro y luego me dijeron q así lo había llevado yo, tuve q buscar a los manager y uno de ellos fue el q me alludo luego cuando salí de ahí mi aire acondicionado sonaba extraño, me habían dicho q tenía q cambiar el filtro y yo les dije q en unos días regresaba, y cuando me fui el aire ya estaba con mucho ruido y no es posible q mi carro entre sín ningún ruido y cuando sale del taller me lo den con ruido en el aire y dañado del cristal, creo q el equipo de trabajo no es bueno y yo no me siento segura de dejar mas mi carro en sus manos
