The representative was nice. The food from the vending machine I ate had mold and the coffee from the waiting room had bugs, which I drank unknowingly. No sign was posted on the coffee machine after notifying the front desk so while I was waiting (3.5 hrs for oil change) customers were trying to get coffee but I warned them not to do so. I did not receive any discount or compensation but paid full price. Also, it took a while to locate my car and my car keys were missing.
