The only observation is the timing, I was told hour and half to two hours, but it was in fact 4 hours. I don’t mind making appointments.,however, I was told over the phone no need for appointment as you have express lane for oil change and tire rotation, but when I got there the service advisor informed me that the express lane does not exist for the last couple of years.

My car was brought out and ready at 2:30 but it took the advisor an hour to get my paperwork ready and I didn't get my car's key until 3:30 even though I could see my car in the parking lot for an hour
