Luis was wonderful, I left a review on Google. I don’t know much about cars, and plan to go on a roadtrip soon. Luis was diligent in making sure a full inspection was done, discussed with me the most important jobs needed for me to have a safe trip. Took the time to explain what the car alignment page meant so that I knew was exactly i paid for, was very patient. He also kept me updated AND made sure everything on the online portal was uploaded so I could see it and reference it. It was the first time in my life that I left a car service feeling like my car actually got taken care and no just seen as another person they’re trying to run out of the door. Luis made me trust that the job got done, and got done right! He also made it very easy for me, which encourages me to come back knowing that when I take my car, Luis will handle and update me on the rest. Thanks Luis! NPS: 10/10
