It took 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And that’s with an appointment. I don’t understand how that is allowed considering I could go to a reputable stand-alone oil change shop, have that done in 15 mins and cost less than what you charge. I don’t see myself returning unless it’s warranty work.

Maria could not have done better. What was really bad it took 12 phone calls in one hour for someone to pick up the phone. I call ALL the extensions to schedule a service appointment. I know there is a transition taking place but you need to be prepared for that.
