I had to bring my car back 2 more times because the service men didn’t calibrate my tires correctly. Greg Jones did it himself the 3rd time and I haven’t had a problem since. Looks like the service techs need to be taught how to do it correctly. My air pressure was at 39 and should have been 32. Greg Jones is the bomb, Service Advisor and a Service Tech.

Matthew was cordial and efficient; although I was a little early, he got my car right in and it was only about an hour and the oil change was complete. During check in, he advised other services due to 60,000+ mileage but I declined since I had those services performed about 4 months earlier at another Honda dealership while in North Carolina.

Greg is always an excellent person but overall when greg is not there i suffer bc i couldn't get i walk in without leaving my vehicle i ask for an appointment for monday i was told it was full i was so mad i had to go back on Tuesdayl and there was greg to the rescue.i was thinking of turning in my car yes i was thank u for ur attention i brought to u i hope to see some better improvement in customer service.

After the vehicle was serviced and parked outside, it took longer than I expected for the bill to get finalized. I was surprised that I could see my vehicle outside ready to be done, but still had to wait for a final bill. I appreciate the discount provided to save me $. I was impressed that I could pay directly at the service desk. I was also impressed by the alignment technology used to let me know all was good as I drove in. I was also impressed by the complimentary car wash provided for me to use at Sqeaky’s. Thank you.
