Greg helped me with my car issue with my battery. He did originally say that it was wear and tear and I would have to pay to get it replaced. After explaining that I purchased the car in June and that I have a maintenance plan for the vehicle, he spoke to the sales team and got it approved to have the battery replacement taken care of with no additional charge

My vehicle has been in for service for over a week affecting my daily commute. No one reached out to me and every time I called I was told that the service manager will contact me within 30 minutes…never happened. After speaking to the service rep (Greg Jones) in the morning 12/6/21 he was clueless to the repair status of the vehicle but miraculously called in the afternoon saying it has been fixed and they did a test drive to confirm. Needless to say I’m still having the same problem I brought the car in for in the first place.
