Matthew wasn’t sure if the $120 alignment was done correctly. The technician had to test drive it 3 times and it still pulled to the right. Matthew said the tie rod needed replacement because the bolt would not move. Matthew quoted $600 for a tie rod replacement, which seemed unnecessary if a mechanic could simply get the bolt unstuck.
Please help, do I need a new tie rod? Do I need another alignment done correctly so it doesn’t pull to the right?

Picked up van up after 24 hours and was told the Apple car play “only needed a hard reset”. I drove 10 minutes down the road and it stopped working again. Called Honda and was told they would have to call me Monday. That was a month ago- never was contacted. Left a voicemail and it was not returned. I am also waiting on my suspension which I was told needed replacing and after a month have received no estimate on the timeline for the parts.
