Expensive repair didn't fix what it was supposed to do. I wish I hadn't paid for that. Nobody picks up the phone when I try to call to discuss. Plz take my car back and fix the original problem!

For starters, it took the advisor, Matthew, 35 minutes to check me in, and yes I had an appointment.
Followed by him not returning my calls or my text messages for two days so I could get a status update (not even thru the website provided to facilitate communication).
Three days after dropping off the car, the lady that answered the phone told me that my car repairs have been completed the previous day but Matthew was off.
When I had the opportunity to speak with the Service manager, who graciously called me, he justified everything to COVID and the lack of employees. I don’t know about that, I can see finding it more difficult to get service appointments due to the lack of employee availability, but I don’t see how that justifies such a poor service. That’s not an excuse for the advisor no to ensure customer satisfaction.
