I scheduled my service appointment over the phone and me thinking that when I am asked my info to pull up my account never would I have imagined that I HAD to say I wanted to me scheduled at the place I ALWAYS go and instead I got scheduled 30 minutes away and the guy was rude and didn't want to see us for service instead wanted to schedule me a week out but when we asked someone else they fit us in. First guy did not even care we had bought 4 cars at Classic Honda and had been going for years and this was the first time this had ever happened.
