I was right on time and anxious I wouldn't be able to make my other appointment. Matthew Hidalgo helped me and was collective and polite the entire time, even when dealing with other customers who were more irritable than I was.

Whole reason I made the appointment was for my tires. Service person tried to sell me all this maintenance on my car when I had it done not even five months ago. Apparently there are not records kept between Honda dealerships. Guy was nice and respectful, but not knowing why I came in when I clearly stated it on The service request is interesting.
