Josh was very helpful. He explained issues but car must go back again to have fuel pump replaced. This will be pump number 3. Not what you would expect from Honda.

My advisor Nick, when the vehicle was ready he didn’t explain at all on the report of the car where it shows the overall health of the car. All all he did is just sign here and there. Also, I didn’t get a copy of the evaluation of the car. He stated that they don’t do a month ago. So I had to go back to the dealership and asked him for that paper and he send it via text and he gave a me non color paper where it states the conditioning of everything. I did not enjoy the customer service. It was very poor.
