Schedule service more than one week out for a starting issue the dealership had previously diagnosed as being caused by a bad battery. After they replaced the battery, the car is worse, and it will not start unless I hit the throttle multiple times at a rapid pace while the engine turns. Seems to be a fueling issue since the smell of gasoline is prevalent when starting. I thought I’d give the dealership one last try and hope they could diagnose it correctly this time, but I showed up on a Saturday only to be told they needed 2-4 days to diagnose it and they could not diagnose it on a weekend.

It was my first time at the Covina Kia Dealer. I was there for my new 2022 5000 mile service. When I was there to pick up my car, they couldn’t find it. They threw me a bone and said my car was in the wash rack…Wrong…It was sitting in the overflow. When my car was pulled up for me to take, my car was dirty with dried water spots all over. The person who wiped the windows must of been short because half of my windows were wiped. And to make things worse, I found scratches on my drivers side door. Wait there is more, all my personal settings were changed and I was asked to bring it back. If you appreciate my feedback and stand by your completely satisfied word. You owe me a call back at area code ****-****-xxxx. Please don’t call me to apologize. That doesn’t fix my problem. Call me to tell me you’re going to correct the problem Because I am not completely satisfied with your service. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Did not address what was fixed or not completed on my vehicle upon phone to advise my car was ready nor when I actually picked up my car. A recall was needed on my car, when I picked up my car all I was told was my amount to pay. If I had not asked, I would of not known the recall was not done as a part was needed.

I’ve never had such horrible customer service. We are shopping for another car and currently have two other family me members looking for new cars and we will be sure to tell them to steer clear of this dealership. Mike and Gordon really need to take some customer service and management training because they are really in the wrong line of work.
