The job isn't finished. My car is still not legal and tagged because of this emissions recall.
On November 17th I made an appointment for December 18th at 8:30am (Covina dealership) to fix the emissions recall. For a whole month I've been prevented from legally driving my car. I was told the appointment was so far away because they had to order parts. I was told there would be a shuttle.
When my Kia Sportage was brought on 12/18/21 at 8:30 there was NO APPOINTMENT, NO SHUTTLE (LYFT $27), NOT ENOUGH PARTS..JOB ISNT FINISHED. I STILL DON'T HAVE A LEGAL VEHICLE. (Thank you for doing what you could... Still not finished)
Kindly, the service department saw my Kia anyways, and did the best they could without the proper parts.
They washed my car. That was nice. Whatever the problem is with the horrible woman who took my appointment... I don't know.
What do I do now? I'm disabled and must have help with big appointments like this. I live on a fixed income and paying for Lyft is too expensive.
Now I have to come back to Covina Kia and do this all over again? And I still can't drive my car?
This isn't right. People shouldn't be treated like this. I can't even go Christmas shopping, I don't have a car for the holidays!?!?... Still stuck without a legal car.
Please contact me and arrange something, a second attempt at getting this done. Again, thank you for your service personal who took my car on 12/18/21 when the computer didn't acknowledge the appointment.

Rep said when car was done, he said he was just waiting for car wash and dry then Porter would bring it up. When arrived not washed at all never mind dried. Went back in to notify Oscar, then I had to return to ask for cash receipt,also paperwork does not list services that were done. So I wonder if anything done.Disappointed

the staff showed no signs of caring for the customer, was the conclusion i was left to come up with after sitting in the Covina valley kia dealership for 4 hours with no updates or notifications from the staff about how the oil service was going. Also after being told a car wash was provided, i had walked out to my car to find an unwashed car, which although is not a required thing of course, was a little unsettling considering the info i had just received. This experience was so bad I’m going to learn how to do my own oil service and never come back. :-(

Karen had a bad attitude. I felt she accused me of changing my mileage because someone had written it down incorrectly as 60,000 when in reality the car only had 45,000. I felt she didn’t want to help me. In fact I was so annoyed with how condescending and unhelpful she was I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Kia’s overall service was garbage. I kept getting the run around with my vehicle’s repair. What was suppose to be a few days job repair ended up being almost a month. Very disappointed with the service and communication that Kia Services had with me. I will definitely not be coming back to this shop. I’d rather drive out 20 miles to another Kia dealer than to come back to this one. I do not recommend this dealer. In fact I will also persuade family and friends to not come to this dealer.

Getting checked in took longest I’ve ever had to wait while the man who helped me stared at the computer screen for a long time and shuffled through papers. I go here every 3 months or so and the other employees have no problem pulling up my info.
