Don’t understand why the prices of a basic oil change and tire rotation is extremely high, I get it I’m paying for the labor but it’s still ridiculous to charge $150 just for that. And not even that at first it had came up to $300 because the “advisor” Matt wanted me to buy this premium liquid for the windshield and for the fuel which first of all sound like a scam and are not necessary yet he wanted me to initially pay $300.
Usually at the end after I pay I also get a paper with the information about my car and see the status of things such as my breaks and other various things. This time I didn’t get anything, also the website says that every single service comes with a free car wash yet I was told through message after I dropped off my car that due to “water shortage” a car wash wasn’t going to be provided. That to me was just another excuse to not provide good service and squeeze the last dollar out of you for the least amount of service and parts. I used to pay around $120 for a basic service and now it’s $150, crazy how it keeps increasing but nothing seems to improve.

Did not have a loner car for me the guy that gave me the Rent-A-Car was rude and unprofessional. They kept my car from 11 to almost 7 o’clock at night never gave me a call to come and pick it up. I just took it upon myself to show up and when I did, they acted surprised and said they were just about to call me. I usually I am very satisfied with my services, but this time I was not.

Didn’t receive call that vehicle was ready so I called dealer. I was told vehicle was ready for pick up. Went and picked up vehicle but on my way out I read the paperwork which said parts were ordered and so the service was not completed. Service advisor George Arroyo never spoke to me and no one was going to tell me the work wasn’t done. They just brought the car up. Very disappointed in the service there and that’s not the first time. Service manager should call me about parts order and reschedule.
