Michael is such a great employee with wonderful customer service. He made me feel at ease with decisions on the type of service to my car. I've never taken my cars to a dealership service department.

I was was surprised that I was not called to tell me what time issue was and what it would cost . I was just told car was ready to pick up and when I got there I was told the cost. Any dealer have gone to as always told up front of the issue and the cost before they moved forward with services. Other than that . Customer service was very polite .

Jonathan, was overall awesome! He was the only person willing to take in my car when no there dealer wanted to “or had no space/availability” to take it in. Mind you my car had the check engine light on. Jonathan said, “bring it in I’ll take care of it for you” without hesitation. I took it in expecting not to get it back within 4-5 days but Jonathan was able to get it looked at the SAME DAY & I had my car back the next day! His customer service & kindness surpasses any other! I made the appointment and explained all what I needed done and still had to wait for 2 hours just for the oil change! Recalls weren’t taken care of and the parking brake was not fixed! I was told that my parking brake was not under warranty because it was broken, so you tell me how to disassemble the center console to break the parking brake? Then the lady tells me oh the manager said to order the parts and they will fix it! I was offered a ride home but the lady said I live 2.6 miles out of the area! Funny how my mileage is on 1 mile over! To many lies in 1 visit and it will be my last visit with your dealership! I have a 2019 Sportage turbo with only 25k miles and I broke the parking brake? It’s a push button brake and if you inspect my car it’s clean and well taken care of and no damage to any button on the inside! But the manager said he will fix it! Yeah maybe because he wants to keep his job and look like the hero but really? You can’t fool with a woman who knows her sh*t nice try mr nice guy!

There was a used black mask on the seat. I used pink mask. I was so grossed out plus I feel that they didn't check my tire pressure. When I had service at Kia of Cerritos I saw the difference. My tire pressure was exactly the same. None of your employees welcoming. Nobody smiled, said Hi. I didn't like the vibe there. There was a gentleman that did open the door for me when I went outside he was on the phone. I'm never coming back again. Plus the oil service was more at Cerritos. Moving to Rialto so I'll try Kia in Fontana. I live in LA and I don't mind driving far for customer service. Also When I went inside service I was standing there for a bit as if I wasn't even there.
