The staff was friendly, hospitable and answered all my questions. And when an associate did not have an answer to my question, they were able to refer me to an associate who was immediately available. I requested a ride home and my wait time was minimal and the young man who drove the van was very pleasant and drove very well.

I made appointment two weeks ago. My appointment is 7:00 am I come at first and drop the car. About 12:00 pm I received message from you and ask me feel free to ask questions. Then I ask when I can pick up the car. No body answer. Until 4:00 pm I make call you tell me today busy haven’t check my vehicle yet. I need car next day so pick up the car at 5:00 pm. You guys tell me I need to reschedule and start over again. If you are customer what you think?
