Michael is always great. He was out when I picked up my car. I asked the other person regarding any discounts and or military. His response was. “I don’t know”. This pissed me off and I paid and left. “I DON’T KNOW” is not a man answer the customer wants to hear.

I said no because I was given an approximate time frame to have it ready and I ended up waiting an extra 2.5 hours. I peeked outside and saw my car was just standing there not being worked on.

I have brought my car in twice already for the same problem and it still isn’t fixed. I am very frustrated and upset. I had to make 3 trips up the service department this week, on the same day! Still isn’t fixed and no idea if/when it ever will be.

I received conflicting information on when I need to schedule another oil service. I was told hat my 2920 Telluride required full synthetic oil. I was then told by Karen that I need to schedule an oil change at 5'000 miles which conflicts with the 7'500 miles for synthetic oil. So what is the answer? I want to comply with t he required service schedule to stay compliant with my warranty?
