I took my vehicle in expecting this part to be in stock. I waiting 2.5 hrs for nothing and my vehicle sat there because they had to order a part. You could have told me that upfront. Also my windows and car was not vacuumed as indicated.Just don't waste my time is all I ask of you.

It was our first time using Covina Kia for Service. I was very happy to actually speak with a live person when making the appointment. The service that George Arroyo gave us was exceptional. The reminders, to being well informed as the car was being serviced was very helpful. No surprises. George Arroyo took very good care of us as customers . Car is running great. I had a 4 o’clock appointment for an oil change. I was there for 35 minutes before I was able to speak to anyone. At least 10 employees passed by my sister and I without one word. Not a greeting not a I’ll be right with you, not a sorry for the wait, nothing. I was told that my oil change would take approximately two hours And I did not get my car back by 7:00. I went back and asked approximately how much longer and was told they hadn’t even started my oil change. There were two cars ahead of me and my car may be ready by 8:30. They suggested that I leave it there so that they could do it the following day. That was an option because I didn’t have a way home and I had to work the next day. I was told that they would be unable to wash the exterior of my car, but the interior would be cleaned and the windows. They didn’t clean anything. No one was friendly. They didn’t put a sticker on my car telling me when to get the next oil change, And an oil change that should take maybe an hour at most ended up taking over four hours. The worst service I have ever received.

The customer service I received from the SERVICE dept was unsatisfactory. I was very unhappy with how I was talked to, they are lacking good customer service and I am very unhappy that I purchased my car from Covina Kia. To top it off the complimentary car was was a person using an old dirty rag to just wipe y windows. When I asked him about a proper car wash he blew me off. I feel the sales dept is very different experience however The previous time I bought a Kia was from Kia Carson and was very happy with the service dept.

Manual Saldana was my advisor he was very nice and courteous but you could tell he was new. What really was troubling is that no one was helping him. I asked how long he worked there and he said 4 days. 4 DAYS and no one was shadowing him to show him the ropes? He had many questions as he checked me in, which would be normal for a new employee. A few times he asked other associates for help and my observation was that they couldn’t be bothered and were very condescending to him. You could tell because of this he was afraid to ask others for help. Covina Valley KIA needs to fix their training program.
Also, I had ask to get a ride home while my service was getting done. They put my name on a list and told me to wait in the waiting area. 20-30 minutes pass and no one comes out to get me for a ride home. I walk up to the service desk and am told that I am next. Another 20-30 minutes pass, I again ask the service desk, they page someone and he walks up 5 minutes later to take me home. Was he there the entire time? Why the wait? Signs are posted everywhere about courtesy transportation but it wasn’t very well planned. It seems like there is a communication issue with this service. At least advise the customer how long the wait would be. It was pretty frustrating.
