Carl was really nice and helpful. However, I paid for a minor service which includes tire rotation. I don’t believe the tire rotation was completed. I know this because I have 2 different brands of tires, the newer ones are in the front and are still in the front. Also, my e-brake is not engaging and to have to wait weeks for a diagnostic and to be without a vehicle and not offered a loaner vehicle to use while my car is waiting is unacceptable.

It was the worst experience ever, my appointment was at 11;00 o’clock, just for oil change, I had to wait until 3:30 for car to give me back . This is really bad service, I hope anyone else have this experience. I’m very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I took car in for a recall and I was ask since I was there if I wanted an oil change. Didn't want to come back because I am a caregiver and waiting is difficult. Waited for 2 1/2 hours and finally got called. That's when they told me you didn't have part. I should've been told in the beginning so that I didn't have to wait again. Last time I did an oil change it took 1 hour. Now I have to go back again and wait again. I think communication between your staff could've given choice to just come back and do oil change and recall together. I don't know if this can be solved or communicated so customer could make decision whether to wait or not. But it would be nice if we could.

Carl was very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. This is my first purchase with Kia and only my second time using the service department. If this is the type of customer service Kia provides I will never buy another Kia again. I was very disappointed and offended by his comments and lack of customer service. I hope someone in management will provide him the training he needs or he should quit his job if he is not happy working there. Once my lease is due I will be turning in my car and not buying another Kia again.

Time was a little less than was estimated. They were able to squeeze me in the same day, which was fantastic. I’m very happy that my car came through with flying colors. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly.
