The time it took to have my vehicle ready was over a month and the lack of communication was very overwhelming. Not to mention the lack of courtesy vehicles and having to work with a third party. I had to pay my rental and still make payments on my own vehicle

My vehicle had zero problems going into Covina KIA. Picked up my vehicle with issues. I was feed lies!
My vehicle was not leaking oil or fluid prior to dropping it off. My USB charger all of a sudden stops WORKING!

Ever since I had my Car serviced ( AC compressor under warranty ) My car has had a terrible odor when the air is on.. took it in to find out why and it was there a week only to be told they couldn't replicate the issue.. It smelled like a new car before the service and now it smells like an old mechanics car that smoked in it.. I'm more than upset.. I can barely breath in it.. the only help I received was someone on the lot saying to air it out.. I've had it months now and airing it out isn't working..
