Hi, usually I get a copy of my fluid levels, how everything looked including brakes, etc. I didn’t get that this time. I realize that you aren’t washing the cars now but I did read something about you still vacuuming out my car and cleaning the windows….none of that was done so besides being quoted services for around $450.00 over the phone and then being given an estimate for many other things when I arrived totaling $1,934.00 I have to say no I was not happy on this visit.

The process to schedule maintenance is easy and emails on the status were very helpful. I enjoy working with Mike Connelly who always keeps me updated and worked well with my AAA claims agent to exchange information and provide status updates.
I also love having the shuttle service that I used to pick me up when my vehicle was ready.

I did however notice that the windows were not cleaned well at all and they even looked worse than before I brought my SUV in. The dirt was just smudged all over. Wish they would have still done a car wash.
