Went to Kia in Abilene to schedule a maintenance due on my new Kia I got an instead of getting a date they took it in the shop on the spot and did it right then and their- that’s what you call service. I was so impressed. Plus they washed my car before letting me know my car was done.

My wife sat at work 2 hours after she was off waiting for a call saying her car was done. I had to call and see if it was done only to be told it had been done for at least an hour and that someone should have called. It was a major inconvenience for my wife and she was pissed having to sit at her job after working 10 hours already.
